West Milford is full of beautiful hiking trails that follow scenic mountain ridges, lake shores and dense forest. Hiking is a great activity to see the outdoors and stay inshape. The downside is that it is a bit slow using two feet to get around. Some wish to go faster around the trees and boulders on two wheels. West Milford has some adrenaline pumping mountain biking trails inside these three state parks for both beginners and more advanced riders.
